Greg has an extensive history in starting, building and selling mid-size travel agencies over many years. Greg has witnessed firsthand the many ways a deal can be done, and what process delivers the best outcome to both the agency owners as well as the purchaser. Having a passion for growing and managing small businesses, along with a comprehensive history of working in Senior Executive positions with Global TMCs plus International airlines, Greg has a broad outlook on the travel industry in general, specifically in the agency space. Greg delivers to Adamaz the experience and pragmatic approach to the needs of travel agency owners as they plan for their future.
Ben Ross
Ben has built a distinguished career in the travel industry, founding and growing 1000 Mile Travel Group into a global corporate agency before its successful acquisition in 2022. With roots in both leisure and corporate travel, his passion for people, innovation, and community has shaped his entrepreneurial journey. Having lived and worked across Australia, the UK, and the US, Ben developed a deep understanding of industry gaps—particularly the lack of succession support for small to mid-sized travel agencies. This insight led to the launch of Adamaz. Ben brings to Adamaz a visionary mindset, global perspective, and proven track record in helping agency owners navigate transition with care, confidence, and clarity.
